James Chorley Adventure

Christopher Columbus. Neil Armstrong. That bloke who climbed Everest armed with only a pair of flip-flops and some Vaseline. Very soon, the names of James Chorley and Adam Swift will pour from the tongues of story-tellers in the same sentence as these pioneers of expedition. Much to the amazement of our mates (and the dismay of our mothers) we’re embarking on a four-week pan-European trek, encountering such tribal colonies as Berkshire, Huddersfield and Southend-On-Sea. Actually, my sarcasm and jest is hiding a big dollop of fear and intrigue, as we will be covering six countries over 4 weeks. Planned for three years, we decided to use only two wheels. We then very quickly decided it would be silly to use unicycles, so allowed ourselves two wheels each instead. You can track our progress here, see photos of all the fights we get into, and even send us messages. We’re well-prepared and very determined, which is good seeing as neither of can afford a flight home...
